Dr. Loughran has been with us since May 2026 and has been such a great addition to our team! She was born and raised in a small town in the Hudson Valley region of New York. She graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. Before joining our team, she practiced at another general practice vet in Wakefield, RI.
One of Dr. Loughran’s favorite things about veterinary medicine is that she gets to learn something new every single day.
When she’s not at the hospital, she enjoys traveling, yoga, and hiking. She’s also working on converting a 2010 Ford Transit van into a camper so she can hit the road on new adventures! Dr. Loughran ran track and was the third leg of her 4x1 relay team. She won sectionals and qualified for states!
Dr. Loughran has two pups at home: Annie, a 9-year-old Boxer/Pit Bull mix, and Murphy, a 2-year-old Great Dane/Lab mix.
